Can you believe that it is Easter already? I don’t think any of us expected that this would be how we were going to be spending our Easter Weekend. Having said that... I hope you can simply take some time to relax, breathe and be present with your family this weekend.
I found this very interesting: Maybe something you and your littles can look for when they are in the backyard or going for a walk. http://roseprayerslegends.weebly.com/pine-tree-cross-easter-story.html:
Pine Trees Know
When It’s Easter
Ever noticed the
Pine tree crosses on Easter Sunday?
Pine trees start
their new growth in the weeks before Easter.
If you look at the
tops of the Pine trees two weeks before,
you’ll see the
yellow shoots. As the days get close to Easter Sunday,
the tallest shoot
will branch off and form a cross.
By the time Easter
Sunday comes around, you will see that most of the
Pine trees will
have small yellow crosses on all of the tallest shoots.
And… For any littles
worried about the Easter Bunny being quarantined I found this note https://www.coastmountainnews.com/trending-now/easter-bunny-not-a-covid-19-carrier-allowed-to-do-drop-offs/:
Wishing you and yours a very safe and Happy Easter!
